Share your expertise. Present at the 2025 Kentucky Afterschool Summit!

We are seeking proposals for:

• Interactive, engaging, and evidence-based virtual workshop sessions (60 minutes) that will inspire and inform participants, with an emphasis on practical tools, resources, and strategies. 

• Mini-Ted talks (7 minutes) featuring Kentucky OST community members with a clear takeaway related to this year's theme - Thriving Together: Building Community, Strengthening Futures

• Dynamic, engaging, and visually compelling digital posters that showcase high-quality and innovative programming for youth outside the traditional school day (e.g., after school and over the summer).

The call for proposals will close on Friday, August 15 at 11:59 p.m. ET. If selected you will receive notice and further instructions in late August or early September.

As a token of our appreciation, presenters whose proposals are accepted will receive complimentary registration for both days of the Summit.
